Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal arrangement between you and BYG Cloud VPN (the Service Provider) governing the download, installation, access, and use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App and its related marks belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, versions, or fees where permitted by law and will communicate material changes as required. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken security controls and interfere with service performance.

The Service may rely on necessary third-party tools, including services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When you use those related functions, their own terms and policies may also apply.

The App depends on an available network connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service becomes unusable because of unpaid bills, data caps, poor signal quality, roaming charges, or other local network conditions, the related responsibility remains with the user. Please make sure you are authorized to use the relevant network and billing resources before using the App.

Users remain responsible for how they use the App. We are not liable for direct or indirect loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including low battery, device failure, third-party network issues, or incorrect user settings. To preserve compatibility and security, updated versions of the App may be released from time to time, and you agree to install them when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate the App within a reasonable scope.
