This Privacy Policy explains how BYG Cloud VPN (this Service or we) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing the mobile application (the App). We handle data only within the scope described in this policy and take reasonable steps to protect user privacy and security.

When you download, install, or launch the App, certain technical information may be collected automatically to keep the service running, including IP address, operating system version, in-app access paths, time spent, and approximate region data. This information is mainly used to: 1. recommend appropriate routes based on node distribution; 2. improve stability and performance through aggregated analysis; 3. send necessary service notices, security alerts, or account-related updates.

We share aggregated or anonymized data only with service providers that are necessary to operate the App, such as Google Play Services or Firebase. Except where required by law, needed to protect users or the public, investigate fraud, or work with contracted processors under confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties. If you want to stop new collection, you may uninstall the App using the standard process on your device.

Information submitted by users is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention window afterward. If you want to close your account and remove your profile data, please contact our privacy team at support@bygcloudfree.com. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if such data is found to have been collected by mistake, we will move to delete it as soon as practicable. We also use layered physical, electronic, and access-control measures to help protect stored information.

This Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect regulatory requirements, product adjustments, or service changes. You should review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The current version takes effect on October 4, 2025.
